wandering america, one national park at a time
National parks have always been part of my life, and they've been part of America's for over a century.
For me and for the people who love them, these parks have taken on an almost mythic status, looming large in our collective imagination and weaving themselves into generations of family memories.
I'm lucky enough to have photos of every park I've visited, throughout my life. From a very young age, I toted cameras to each park, obsessively documenting our adventures. I've shot on everything from disposable film cameras to basic DSLRs to various iterations of the iPhone. All photos are my own, unless otherwise noted.
Using photos old and new, I'm photographing every national park in America, before it's too late.
This is my journey, wandering through the pages and trails of our national parks.
